Start date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: Columbus market (several stores across this city), including zip codes 43147, 43082, 43235, 43085, 43240, 43062. Retailer:
Kroger.
Job Summary: As a Field Sales Specialist, you will introduce shoppers to smart cart technology in grocery stores, engage with customers, demonstrate features, and encourage adoption, impacting the retail shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with in-store customers and perform live demonstrations.
Develop and adapt tactics based on store environments and feedback.
Establish positive relationships with store personnel as a brand ambassador.
Submit regular reports on customer interactions and insights.
Meet and exceed user acquisition goals daily and weekly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in direct retail sales and willingness to travel within the market (up to 90%).
- Comfort with demonstrating and troubleshooting smart cart features.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Google Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resilience, self-motivation, and customer-focused solutions orientation.
