• Greet all guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Explain parking procedures and offer assistance with luggage and directions.
• Safely operate and park guest vehicles, following all safety protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with guests and team members.
• Report any damage claims or incidents promptly and accurately.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (manual preferred, not required).
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Must pass a criminal background and driving record check.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and customer-focused.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be able to stand, walk, and run for prolonged periods. Ability to lift or push up to 25 lbs as needed. Work involves frequent bending, entering/exiting vehicles, and working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity). Must be alert and maintain focus throughout shifts ranging from 4–8 hours.
