Assist Store Manager in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, and dairy, frozen food, bread, and thaw and sell bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various guides;
Train assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness and pricing standards for all perishable areas;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences;
Ensure customer needs and requests are addressed in an efficient and timely manner.
