• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on‑brand operation.
• Deliver on KPIs, be fully cross‑trained across store functions, and bring leadership potential by mentoring and supporting new team members.
• All other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that demonstrate care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 and ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and timely arrival.
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week (up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks and not exceeding 30 hours per week). Dependability during peak hours or critical shifts is required.

Compensation: $15.00 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
