AE - Stock Associate

Overview

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You are passionate about AEO brand standards, have an eye for merchandising, and bring focus and integrity to all tasks. You support the sales floor as needed and represent AEO values every day.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain the stockroom efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan and take action to correct it.
• Assist fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or guest service when needed.
• Follow safety standards in the stockroom and on the sales floor, adhere to asset‑protection policies and all AEO policies and procedures.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to set priorities and manage time.
• Flexible availability – able to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Prior experience in a stock‑related role.
