The Sales Manager is responsible for growing our cannabis business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

You will also work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

• Adhere to company and state regulations.
• Thoroughly understand our company and products.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversight and management of Account Managers in the state.
• Tracking sales revenue metrics and monthly KPI reports for each Account Manager.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
• Understand category-specific and market-specific landscapes and trends.
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and distributor.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, consistently meeting sales goals.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Track customers' preferences.
• Provide feedback to the Marketing and Sales departments regarding customers' requests.
• Raise awareness of the Do Drops, Jerry Garcia, Liberty and Strane brands using company marketing tools and industry events.
• Participate in various events with our Sales team in promoting products to generate sales opportunities.
• Non-traditional work schedule including evening and weekend work.
