What you’ll do

What you’ll do:

  • Manage your pipeline of new business opportunities generated from both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Build and execute strategic territory plans to increase visibility and reach sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships that support customer success and loyalty.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams across product, support, and leadership.
  • Contribute to individual and team sales goals with a proactive and disciplined approach.
  • Source approximately 75% of your pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Travel domestically up to 25% of the time for conferences, client meetings, and events.
What you’ll bring

What you’ll bring:

  • Basic understanding of cannabis operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech sales is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with cold-calling, outbound prospecting, and closing deals.
