We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand business operations across assigned regional territories.
Responsibilities- This role is responsible for managing end-to-end sales activities, building a strong regional presence, and driving revenue growth in the industrial automation and control solutions domain.
- The selected candidate will operate independently, handling market development, key account management, team coordination, and strategic planning within the defined compensation structure.
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing channel partners and key customers, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Regular customer engagement, solution presentations, techno‑commercial negotiations, and closure of high‑value deals.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, projects, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Managing budgets, travel, client meetings, and overall regional operations within the agreed net compensation.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making ability, and a hands‑on approach to managing both sales and operational responsibilities.
- Proven experience in industrial automation sales, strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a growth‑driven environment.
The selected professional must be available to join by 1st April 2026, with the selection process targeted to be completed by end of February to meet operational timelines.
