- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of insurance sales or related experience managing a book of business

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Must live in the territory managed and have the ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or willingness to pursue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex tasks and priorities
- Experience utilizing digital sales tools and conducting agency diagnostics
