What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand and manage a business portfolio for profitable growth
  • Own assigned territory, conducting business development and managing performance metrics
  • Conduct agency diagnostics to identify growth opportunities and facilitate agency appointments
  • Build long-term relationships through in-person and virtual office visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of four years of insurance sales or related experience managing a book of business
  • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty marketplace and Travelers products
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Must live in the territory managed and have the ability to travel up to 75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or willingness to pursue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex tasks and priorities
  • Experience utilizing digital sales tools and conducting agency diagnostics
