We're hiring a Regional Sales Executive to own a defined territory while leveraging CCS's national platform.
This is not a desk job. This is not a "wait for leads" role. This is a market-building position.
This is new business development.
You will:
- Build relationships throughout your region
- Be active in local apartment associations
- Attend and sponsor industry events
- Visit a minimum of 50+ multifamily communities per week
- Leverage social media and your network to grow the CCS brand
- Turn local relationships into regional and national portfolio opportunities

Compensation & Benefits- $50,000 base salary
- $90,000-$130,000+ first-year earning potential
- Uncapped commissions
- Company vehicle, (Valid driver's license and clean driving record required)

High performers will significantly exceed OTE. Top performers currently exceed $150,000+ annually.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and close new multifamily accounts
- Develop long-term relationships with property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups
- Maintain consistent in-person presence in your territory
- Actively participate in apartment association events and industry networking
- Identify portfolio expansion opportunities
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service rollouts
- Represent CCS with professionalism and energy in the market
Required Traits
- Self-starter with high personal accountability
- Comfortable with heavy in-person prospecting
- Highly organized and consistent with follow-up
- Relationship-focused but results-driven
- Willing to be in the field daily
Experience
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Multifamily industry experience is strongly preferred
- Apartment association involvement is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
