A Brief Overview
The Injectable Territory Manager (ITM) is responsible for the full injectable portfolio of Merz North America's products. The ITM will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results in sales achievement, territory market development and strategic objectives in the ethical and compliant promotion and sales of Merz North America's injectables within a defined geographical area.
What You Will Do
- Contact, visit, and sell clients and potential clients on company’s portfolio Contact, visit, and sell clients and potential clients on company’s portfolio of injectable products while addressing client questions or concerns
- Coordinate any additional resources Coordinate any additional resources necessary to meet client’s needs
- Develop and execute a territory business plan Develop and execute a territory business plan
- Utilize territory reports to identify emerging trends Utilize territory reports to identify emerging trends and strategize accordingly
- Manage territory budget Manage territory budget
- Execute the sales process effectively Execute the sales process effectively, ensuring minimum lead generation/closing requirements are met for device counterparts
- Effectively execute pull through strategies Effectively execute pull through strategies for the full portfolio of products
- Business Hygiene Submit all administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans in a timely manner
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years experience in medical sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Aesthetic background, plastic surgery, or dermatology experience
Technical & Functional Skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to forge strong relationships with clients and utilize client relationships to increase portfolio penetration
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to understand and explain economic value as well as clinical performance comparison
