Business Development Manager - Greenlight Networks

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new MTE/MDU sales opportunities in assigned markets
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, property managers, builders, HOAs, and chambers of commerce
• Conduct sales presentations and service demonstrations to prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with property managers and HOAs
• Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities in the MDU space
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Represent Greenlight as a Brand Ambassador at community and in-market events
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years of field sales experience; preference for commercial real estate, construction, broadband, cable, or telecom
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Proven track record in quota-driven sales and full-cycle sales management
• Strong understanding of fiber internet services with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle required

Compensation:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $55,000 – $75,000 with on-target total earnings of approximately $100,000 - $120,000. The actual salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
