Role Overview
As an Account Executive focused on Mid‑Market Non‑Profit Clients, your role is to understand their unique needs, align their mission goals with our capabilities, and drive strategic partnerships that amplify their social impact.
This is a quota‑carrying role that requires sales acumen and deep empathy for the nonprofit sector, particularly those focused on public health, behavioral health, homelessness prevention, child welfare, and other human services programs.
Responsibilities- Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise.
- Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
- Sell on value and return on investment versus technical functionality.
- Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
- Uncover business initiatives and struggles to map solutions across multiple lines of business.
- Create demand by identifying business problems and matching them to our solutions.
- Have a deep understanding of how businesses operate and the priorities that drive C‑level decisions.
- Average of 5‑7 years of full‑cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in the field.
- Experience selling to the C‑suite.
- Ability to build and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers.
Base salary range: $77,550 - $133,100 annually (varies by location). Additional compensation may include incentive compensation, equity, and standard benefits such as medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and employee stock purchase program.
