As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and relationship‑driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our footprint and bring our exceptional service to new clients.

What You'll Do
  • Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Prospect and build relationships with healthcare facilities, medical offices, dental practices, veterinary clinics, laboratories, and other regulated waste generators
  • Conduct in‑person sales visits, presentations, and consultations
  • Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Represent the company professionally within the community and industry events
  • Track sales activities and opportunities within our CRM system
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

Experience
  • Previous outside sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Recent graduates and emerging sales professionals with drive, energy, and ambition are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in healthcare, environmental services, business‑to‑business sales, staffing, logistics, or service industries is a plus
