What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and deploy a global, strategic account plan that delivers profitable growth while meeting the expectations of all relevant Danfoss Drives Business Units stakeholders.
- Understand customers’ strategic needs and pain points at global, regional, and business unit levels and advocate on their behalf within the business.
- Secure delivery of the Danfoss Drives value proposition based on customer insights and needs.
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers in procurement, engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure alignment to strategic plans for customers.
- Communicate voice of customer to Drives BU’s Product Management to consider for inclusion in product development and portfolio roadmaps.
- Drive execution of the Key Account Plan in regions through engagement with applicable regional sales organization on topic such as opportunity pipeline, customer satisfaction, digital commerce, and challenges including risk management.
- Negotiate and take responsibility for pricing and agreements with customers. 25% domestic and international travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business.
- 3 years in the distribution channel of variable frequency drives, including establishing customer relationships, building business plans, driving business growth, and seeking out new business opportunities.
- 3 years developing commercial relationships at all levels of an organization and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements with global stakeholders.
- 2 years working with the Danfoss stakeholder network in Europe and Asia.
