This is a true ground-floor opportunity with a company rethinking how fusion procedures are done—using a singular implant and a streamlined clinical workflow that’s changing the game in spinal surgery.

Position Summary:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will lead and expand sales efforts across the Mid-Atlantic region, targeting high-value orthopedic spine, neurosurgical, and pain management accounts. This role is ideal for a proven spine device sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to directly impact a company’s early-stage trajectory.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build and grow regional territory revenue through surgeon education and OR support
  • Lead territory-level sales strategy and execution
  • Drive adoption of an innovative minimally invasive spinal fusion system
  • Work directly with C-level leadership in a high-visibility role
  • Represent a category-leading technique and device with CPT billing alignment
Compensation & Perks:
  • Base Salary: $120K–$130K
  • Total Comp: $250K–$260K+ with uncapped commissions
  • Commission Guarantee: 3-month ramp guarantee

What We're Looking For:
  • 3–5+ years of spine device sales experience, ideally with team or territory management exposure
  • Strong clinical acumen and familiarity with the OR environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable working in a start-up setting
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and utilization of new surgical technologies
  • Based in the Mid-Atlantic (or willing to relocate)
