Sales Associate

Job Summary

A Sales Associate is expected to embody brand values with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. The role involves assisting customers in discovering their look and collaborating effectively with team members and managers to drive sales and deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding sales and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product‑driven store tasks as assigned by management, aligning actions with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Passionate support of the brand, customers, and teams.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving and innovative mindset.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
