The Residential Sales Representative is a field-based role focused on generating new business and working directly with homeowners. This position involves door-to-door outreach, in-person consultations, closing sales on-site, and participating in local events and community marketing efforts.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through neighborhood outreach, attend local events, and run appointments with homeowners. Conduct property walkthroughs, identify cleaning needs, present service options, and close sales. Communicate with the operations team to ensure accurate scheduling and execution of services.
CompensationCommission-based role with uncapped earning potential. A gas stipend is provided, along with ongoing coaching and support from leadership. Compensation Range: $60,000.00 - $ per year.
Training & DevelopmentNew hires complete a one-week intensive training program that combines classroom instruction with field experience, covering the company’s sales process, pricing structure, and objection handling strategies, while participating in real sales interactions. Ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and team training sessions are provided to support continued development.

QualificationsStrong communicators, comfortable face-to-face with customers, coachable, reliable, willing to work evenings and weekends including occasional local events. Reliable transportation required.
