Job Overview
We seek a Client Partner, Enterprise Sales to develop tailored sales strategies, build long‑term relationships with key decision makers, generate and close sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide forecasts for enterprise clients.
Job Responsibilities- Develop sales strategy:
Create tailored approaches for each Enterprise client and accelerate execution with cross‑functional partners. - Account growth & expansion:
Build long‑term relationships with C‑level executives and other stakeholders, generate and close new sales opportunities in both existing and new accounts. - Enable client satisfaction:
Lead a differentiated experience that encourages continued growth with T‑Mobile. - Product capabilities consultation:
Position T‑Mobile products to help clients achieve their business goals. - Negotiation and closing:
Manage complex contract negotiations and close large, high‑value deals with enterprise clients. - Sales reporting & forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of interactions, track sales progress, and provide forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) – Required.
- Acceptable study areas include Business Administration, Management or related fields – Preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience selling into Enterprise clients (3,000+ employees) – Required.
- 7+ years of business sales experience with a track record of acquisition sales, opportunity creation and closure within an enterprise customer base – Required.
- 5+ years of that experience must be in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales – Preferred.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $169,500 – $305,800, inclusive of incentives.
Base Pay Range: $101,700 – $183,480. Actual starting pay varies by location, qualifications and experience.
