Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outside Turf Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in business development with key accounts, fostering relationships with decision‑makers, and driving sales growth within the turf product lineup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target key accounts for business development in the designated region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in the turf product lineup, including Commercial Mowers, Compact Tractors, Compact Construction Equipment, and Residential Turf Products.
• Serve as a key partner to accounts in the assigned area, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling John Deere turf products and aftermarket services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Compensation range is $60K - $80K depending on experience
