About the RoleMake your next step a big one! We're hiring a Sales Associate in our Antiseptics division. This is a foundational medical sales role designed for driven, early‑career professionals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a high‑performing team, with an immersive 18‑24 month development experience.
You’ll be part of a close‑knit, highly collaborative sales team that believes success is a shared effort. In this role, the Sales Associate will support Territory Sales Representatives across a large multistate region while learning the business through field exposure, mentorship, and real‑world training.
Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Associates are well prepared to transition into a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role or advance to the next stage of their career within the organization.
(Relocation within the US may be required for promotion.)
Role Overview- Cultivating new and existing customer relationships, providing them with insights into product features, distinctions, and optimal utilization.
- Serving as the face of Molnlycke during sales calls and actively contributing to achieving sales goals set by the Regional Sales Team.
- Performing administrative duties such as preparing reports, entering data into , and diligently following up on orders.
- Attending sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products, staying updated on industry trends and assisting in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations.
- Keeping abreast of market developments by monitoring competitor activities and collecting customer feedback.
- Introducing new products and expanding business with existing customers by presenting detailed product information.
- Collaborating with distributor management and sales representatives to synchronize sales and marketing initiatives and improve customer service.
- Resolving customer issues by liaising with the Customer Service Department.
- Undertaking projects such as temporary relocation to cover vacancies, job shadowing senior sales professionals, and conducting in‑services at customer locations to train clinicians.
- 65‑75% overnight travel is expected.
- Region covers New Jersey to Louisiana.
- Should be open to possible relocation within US in 20‑24 months.
The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $58,000 per year, eligible for quarterly bonus and car reimbursement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field from an accredited college and/or university required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.
- Customer Service, Sales and/or Marketing Experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances, stoop.
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
- Must obtain and maintain hospital‑required credentialing, possibly including Covid‑19 vaccinations.
- Must be willing to relocate within the US for a TSM role.
