In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To- Serve as the primary Cytiva solutions provider for all diagnostic application needs within the assigned territory, representing the company with professionalism and deep customer understanding.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan in partnership with Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners to drive annual account growth and expand market presence.
- Own accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM while achieving quarterly and annual operating plans and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including marketing‑generated leads, while leading pricing negotiations and supporting complex, strategic deal development.
- Collaborate closely with customer R&D and technical teams, alongside internal R&D, FAS, and Product partners, to deliver optimal solutions that accelerate customer success.
- A bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences field, in biology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular biology.
- 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
- Experience with magnetic beads, lateral flow, membrane-based applications, or Next Generation Sequencing.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to work collaboratively across functions and geographies to drive execution.
- Good analytical skills and experience with sales tools such as
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to present technical presentations and training; ability to coordinate, lead, and influence internal and external teams.
- Qlik Sense or a CRM system such as
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in biology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular biology.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
