TruePoint Construction is hiring motivated individuals to generate leads by speaking with homeowners about roof damage and setting appointments for inspections. This is a fast‑paced, outdoor role — perfect for people who want to earn based on effort, not sit behind a desk.
Responsibilities:- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about roofing issues (storm damage, leaks, etc.)
- Set appointments for free roof inspections
- Collect basic homeowner information
- Track leads using company system
- Represent the company professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable knocking doors (THIS IS REQUIRED)
- Reliable transportation
- Positive, energetic attitude
