Peak Partners is seeking a part-time Business Development professional who thrives in relationship-driven environments and is energized by being out in the market—building connections, representing the company, and driving new opportunities. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from networking and pipeline development to managing CRM activity and supporting overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Relationship Building- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both outbound efforts and warm introductions
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with growth goals
- Track and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through close
- Assist in the creation and refinement of marketing materials, including presentations, outreach content, and collateral
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (contacts, opportunities, activity tracking)
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Analyze pipeline data to identify trends and improve conversion rates
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
- Strong presence and comfort in networking environments
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach
- Consistent generation of qualified opportunities
- Strong and growing network within target industries
- Well-maintained CRM with clear visibility into pipeline and forecasts
- Contribution to overall revenue growth and market presence
