Peak Partners is seeking a part-time Business Development professional who thrives in relationship-driven environments and is energized by being out in the market—building connections, representing the company, and driving new opportunities. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from networking and pipeline development to managing CRM activity and supporting overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Relationship Building
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both outbound efforts and warm introductions
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with growth goals
  • Track and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through close
Marketing & Brand Support
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of marketing materials, including presentations, outreach content, and collateral
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (contacts, opportunities, activity tracking)
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities
  • Analyze pipeline data to identify trends and improve conversion rates
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
  • Strong presence and comfort in networking environments
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach
