Role SummaryThis is a field / outside sales role selling a subscription product to local small businesses. You will walk into businesses in assigned, mapped territories, speak with owners/managers, run a fast tablet demo, and close on the spot (payment collected immediately). After payment, our internal team handles onboarding—your job is to prospect, demo, and close

You ll sell to restaurants, cafes, salons, gyms, clinics, retail, home improvement services, etc.

- Typical sales motion: walk in, qualify, demo, close, payment next door
- We handle setup within 48 hours after payment
- Work assigned business corridors (walk-ins / canvassing).
- Identify and engage the decision-maker (owner/manager).
- Close new subscriptions and collect first-month payment via QR/payment link.
- Log every sale accurately in the CRM (required for commissions).
- Build a pipeline of interested businesses for follow-ups when needed.
- Demo flow, and objection-handling framework.
- Product training + ongoing coaching.
- Centralized onboarding support (so you can stay in the field selling).
- $48k - $100k / yr, tied with performance.
- Bonus Every two weeks
- No cap
- Comfortable with in-person B2B prospecting (walk-in sales).
- Confident speaking to owners/managers and asking for the close.
- Highly organized: accurate CRM logging and clean customer info capture.
- Coachable, consistent, and activity-driven (you follow the plan daily).
- Mon–Fri, 8 hours/day (optional Saturday if you want to accelerate earnings)
You will do well if you are:
- A proven D2D closer
- Comfortable being measured on activity and closes
- Sharp with objections and can communicate value quickly
- Consistent, reliable, and self-managed
- Experience 1+ years
- Tablet
- Based in Baltimore (MD) Area or nearby
