Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Sales Associate in our Antiseptics division to contribute to the continued growth and success of our Antiseptics Portfolio. This role is designed for early‑career professionals who are eager to learn and contribute within a high‑performing team. Over an immersive 18‑24 month development experience, you will gain hands‑on exposure working alongside experienced sales leaders across the Eastern US.
You’ll be part of a close‑knit, highly collaborative team that supports Territory Sales Representatives across a large multi‑state region, learning the business through field exposure, mentorship, and real‑world training. Upon successful completion, Sales Associates transition into Territory Sales Manager roles or advance within the organization.
Responsibilities- Cultivate new and existing customer relationships, providing insights into product features and optimal utilization.
- Serve as the face of Molnlycke during sales calls and actively contribute to achieving sales goals set by the Regional Sales Team.
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing reports, entering data into Salesforce, and diligently following up on orders.
- Attend sales meetings and trade shows to showcase products, stay updated on industry trends, and assist in creating materials for meetings and presentations.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and collect valuable customer feedback.
- Introduce new products and expand business with existing customers by presenting detailed product information and emphasizing distinctions.
- Collaborate with distributor management and sales representatives to synchronize sales and marketing initiatives.
- Resolve customer issues by liaising with the Customer Service Department and ensuring prompt identification and resolution.
- Undertake projects such as temporary relocation to open territories, job shadowing senior sales professionals, and conducting in‑services at customer locations.
- 65‑75% overnight travel expected
- Region covers New Jersey to Louisiana
- Open to possible relocation within US in 20‑24 months
Salary range: $52,000 – $58,000 per year, eligible for quarterly bonus and car reimbursement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.
- Customer Service, Sales or Marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk long distances, and stoop.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain hospital‑required credentialing (including Covid‑19 vaccinations).
- Willing to relocate within the US for a TSM role.
