Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Key Account Manager for Specialty Coffee based in Baltimore or other Northeast metro areas. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth in the Specialty Coffee channel, targeting high-volume operators and executing sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Food service or B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for Specialty Coffee expertise. The position requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $109,700 to $157,700, with additional benefits starting on day one.
