Account Executive - SMB Market Growth

ADP is hiring an Account Executive - SMB Market Growth to sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory, cultivate new business opportunities, and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 10+ employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions to business owners, and forecast your sales pipeline. ADP provides continuous sales training and the latest technology to help you succeed while managing your book of business.

You’ll spend most of your time selling in the field, documenting and managing multiple sales cycles until each new business is up and running. As deals close, you’ll reap rewards through industry‑leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards.

A college degree is great but not required. Relevant experience includes:

  • Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience, ideally in the 10+ employee market.
  • Two+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
  • Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building skills.

Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions include additional compensation such as bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation for this role is $34,800 – $75,100 per year.
