Medical Device Sales - Diabetes / Endocrinology (New & Existing Business)
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing medical device organization developing innovative diabetes-focused technologies designed for physician offices and clinical care teams. They are seeking a high-performing Medical Device Sales Representative to drive product adoption and revenue growth within an assigned territory.
This Medical Device Sales Role will focus on calling on Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) and Endocrinologists
, educating healthcare professionals, and demonstrating the clinical and economic value of the solution. The ideal candidate brings a strong record of documented sales success, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to build long-term provider relationships.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas within the territory
- Target, prospect, and develop new business with PCPs and Endocrinologists
- Identify and generate sales leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with overall growth strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clinical staff
- Present product demonstrations and deliver training and education to customers
- Manage promotional initiatives to drive adoption and customer loyalty
- Stay current on products, competitors, market dynamics, and industry trends
- Clearly articulate the product’s value proposition to clinical and economic stakeholders
- Engage in managed markets, leveraging knowledge of payer and managed care environments
- Attend ongoing training on new technologies and participate in relevant professional organizations
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 2+ years of Sales experience within Medical Device/Sales and/or Pharmaceutical Sales
- Proven “hunter” mentality with experience prospecting and cold calling
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong territory management, budgeting, and sales planning skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $180,000 - $200,000+ (uncapped)
- Top Reps are earning over $300,000
- Ramp Guarantee $20,000
- Car allowance $750 + All gas, tolls, oil changes
- 401K and Equity
