Inside Sales Representative Impact You MakeThe inside sales role is empowered to team with outside sales to grow our customer base, keeping more communities safe through delivering the supplies our customers need to provide access to clean water and HVAC.
Specific Duties- Deliver a consultative sales approach to deliver needs solutions
- Work cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards
- Properly enter and track sales
- Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism
- Knowledge and skills common with 1 or more years’ experience in a wholesale distribution sales role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of assigned business lines:
- Plumbing
- Waterworks
- HVACKitchen & Bath
- Experience in leadership
- Skills and knowledge to advance your career into leadership, outside sales, or other internal opportunities
Additional physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 75 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job during the assigned work hours.

Physicaland Mental Requirements
Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified. Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods. CompensationAt Reece USA, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Final compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $18.36 - $27.55. In this role you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus.
Total Rewards components may be subject to written plan documents.
