The Lease Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Baltimore, MD area responsible for developing and growing lease and rental business in the state of Florida and Maryland markets. This role involves prospecting and qualifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and presenting tailored full‑service lease, rental, and maintenance solutions that align with customer operational and financial objectives. The Lease Sales Manager collaborates closely with internal operations, service, and finance teams to structure proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless implementation of lease agreements.
Day‑to‑day activities include conducting customer visits, preparing sales presentations and price quotes, tracking opportunities in a CRM system, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with Pac Lease Corporation and its national customers.
- Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship building within transportation, leasing, or related industries.
- Experience with fleet leasing and/or sales, truck rental, or contract maintenance solutions, including understanding of truck specifications and operational cost drivers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex lease structures and value‑added services in clear business terms.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data analysis to prepare proposals and track sales performance.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage a sales territory, and prioritize opportunities to meet defined sales quotas and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Knowledge of commercial truck operations, transportation logistics, or fleet management is highly beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel locally within the assigned territory for customer meetings and site visits.
