This is a full‑time hybrid Sales Representative role based in Baltimore, MD, with some dispensary visits. The Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with dispensaries and other cannabis industry partners, and present Leaf Hub Solutions’ infused products and processing capabilities. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach, scheduling and leading sales meetings, preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining accurate records in a CRM system and Brand Popups, collaborating with operations and marketing teams to align customer needs with product offerings, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts.
The Sales Representative will represent Leaf Hub Solutions at industry events and trainings as needed to promote brand awareness and strengthen client connections.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within cannabis, CPG, or regulated industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust‑based relationships with diverse customers.
- Solid organizational and time‑management skills, including CRM proficiency and accurate documentation of sales activities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product details, compliance requirements, and industry regulations in clear terms.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with self‑motivation to manage in‑person and remote responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of Maryland cannabis regulations and market dynamics is highly beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits and industry events.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
