What We Need

We’re looking for an Account Executive who is goal‑driven, fast‑paced, and exceptional at client service. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running and exceed client expectations using all of iHeart’s platforms.

What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you will learn our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person client meetings, research, consistent daily cold‑calling, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.

What You'll Need
  • You are self‑motivated with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills, and communicate persuasively.
  • You can plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You are comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
  • You hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • You are skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
  • You possess strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • You naturally organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Nice‑to‑haves include experience managing complex,
    multi‑platform campaigns
    , analytics skills,
    audio advertising background, and a strong local market network.

Compensation

Salary: $36,000 - $45,000, plus commissions. Salary determined by experience, skills, and market data.
