What You'll Do:
As the Group Sales Manager, you will:
* Drive Sales Success:
* Proactively sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and Hyatt services to groups of 100+ rooms on peak.
* Lead negotiations, secure contracts, and ensure favorable terms aligned with business goals.
* Build new relationships and nurture existing ones with key clients, event planners, and corporate partners.
* Deliver Exceptional Service:
* Conduct site visits, present tailored proposals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate across teams, including marketing, events, and operations, to align sales efforts with promotional initiatives.
* Lead with Expertise:
* Provide insights through accurate sales reports and market analysis.
* Represent Hyatt at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen our market presence.
