Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is investing in an Strategic Account Executive for our Randstad Digital specialty. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development through direct client engagement, territory planning, and prospecting for IT staffing opportunities. This role requires a "hunter" mentality with a strategic approach to prospecting and developing new business. The Strategic Account Executive will actively engage in business development & prospecting (60%), Client Engagement & Sales Process Activities (25%) and Revenue Performance Management (15%).
Whatyou get to do:
- Analyze market trends, leverage industry expertise, and strategically position Randstad Digital to maximize growth potential within the direct hire space.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new direct hire business opportunities within targeted markets and industries
- Execute a strategic prospecting plan using multi-channel approaches (cold calling, networking, social selling, referrals).
- Build, maintain, and grow a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Participate in industry events, professional associations, and networking activities to generate leads.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with your client at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within territory / accounts.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations that highlight direct hire value propositions.
- Conduct formal sales presentations to prospective clients, focusing on direct hire services
- Negotiate service agreements, contracts, and fee structures for new accounts
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure proper support for new client requirements
- Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions
- 2+ years of staffing/tech sales experience, IT staffing considered an asset
- Demonstrated success in new business development and prospecting
- Ability to navigate and engage with decision-makers at various organizational levels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful conversions
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Spirit of entrepreneurship and high energy
- A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.
Pay Rate: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annually
