• Lead the full proposal and pursuit process from early strategy through to submission and presentations
• Work closely with leadership to support wider marketing and business development initiatives
• Coordinate Go or No Go decision making and contribute to strategic planning for proposals
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners throughout the pursuit process
• Oversee proposal content, opportunity tracking, and database management within Deltek
• Conduct client debriefs and use insights to strengthen future pursuits
• Monitor procurement channels and identify new opportunities
• Support and refine marketing processes to improve efficiency and consistency

• 8+ years of experience within the AEC industry
• Strong background in proposals, pursuits, and business development support
• Confident leading client presentations and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Experience using Deltek and managing proposal systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Clear and confident communication style
• Certifications or licenses are a plus
