Position Overview

Heritage CDJR/VW Parkville, part of the Mile One Autogroup, seeks an experienced Automotive Finance Manager across multiple dealership locations. The role is ideal for F&I professionals who emphasize ethical selling and customer satisfaction.

• Execute dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure.
• Drive profitability through sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans.
• Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions.
• Deliver a transparent, customer‑focused financing experience.
• Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently.

• Previous automotive F&I experience required (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance standards.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), Route One, and eLeads preferred.
• Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive profitability.
• Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and dealership systems.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
