Overview
Sell America s hottest selling vehicles – Ford! Plus a ton of used cars! Our best sales representatives advance into management on average in 2 years. Test drives, financing, marketing, service - you ll be involved in all facets of the sales transaction. We LOVE to promote from within, and we sold 240 vehicles last month with only 13 sales representatives.
Responsibilities- Sell Ford vehicles and used cars; manage test drives, financing, and the sales process; collaborate with marketing and service teams to complete transactions.
- Advocate for internal promotion; contribute to growth and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in all facets of the sales transaction and provide a positive customer experience.
- Experienced automotive sales representatives with a documented record of success, preferably in high-paced/high-volume stores.
- Strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, productivity, and a positive attitude.
