Job SummaryMiner Account Executives represent the end‑user sales side of our business in the Dock & Door Industry, reducing downtime for customers. They translate ROI into sales, build lasting relationships, and meet customer expectations through proactive solutions.
What You’ll DoAccount Executives catalyze customer growth and satisfaction by selling loading dock equipment and services. Responsibilities include prospecting new opportunities, building relationships with Operations Managers, conducting site surveys, delivering product training, and partnering with suppliers for solution development. Overall, sales is the core responsibility.
What We Look ForQualified candidates are those who answered “Yes” to our initial questions and possess the following skills:
- At least 4 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial, building, industrial, or similar settings.
- Proven cold‑calling, prospecting, and sales achievements.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to translate technical language into sales opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Technical product understanding or strong learning agility.
- Dock/Door or industrial sales experience is ideal.
- Willingness to learn, ambition to close deals, and adaptability.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is ideal.
- A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license for the state of employment.

Pay range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year plus commission. Compensation may vary by experience, qualifications, and location, with eligibility for additional incentives.
