Director of Business Development – Title & Settlement Services
We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development – Title & Settlement Services with an active Title Insurance Producer License to grow our title and settlement business in the Baltimore market.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with an established book of business and referral network among real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and investors.
If you are currently producing and looking for a company with strong operational support and growth opportunities, we would like to connect.
What We’re Looking For- Active Maryland Title Insurance Producer License
- 5+ years of experience in title sales, title marketing, or settlement services
- Existing book of business with consistent monthly closings
- Strong relationships with local realtors, lenders, attorneys, or investors
- Proven ability to develop referral partners and grow revenue
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and highly professional
