Role Overview
Flex Sales Associate (Part‑time) works at Pandora Harbor East, delivering world‑class fan experiences and supporting store operations during peak hours.
Responsibilities- Deliver world‑class fan experiences.
- Surpass sales goals.
- Innovatively engage and attract fans.
- Assist in store operations during peak hours.
- Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery.
- Build genuine connections with fans.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
- Work a flexible schedule with periods of few/no hours and increased availability during peak times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Results‑oriented seller.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can charm and captivate an audience.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
- Will be available during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needed.
Hourly rate: $15.00 - $17.60, commensurate with experience.
