Lead, coach, mentor, and develop New and Used Vehicle Sales teams
Drive department profitability and vehicle sales performance
Desk deals and assist sales associates in closing transactions
Monitor inventory, pricing strategy, and market trends
Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and retention
Recruit, hire, and train top automotive sales talent
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
Partner with Finance, BDC, and Fixed Operations teams to maximize performance
Track KPIs, sales metrics, and departmental productivity
Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance sales culture
Qualifications:
Automotive sales management experience required
Previous Honda or import-brand experience preferred
Proven track record of driving sales volume and profitability
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
Experience with CRM systems, desking tools, and digital retailing platforms
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
