In this autonomous, hybrid sales position, you'll combine account management with business development, working closely with customers on technical projects while identifying new opportunities to grow revenue across your territory. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling technical products, looking to dramatically increase their earning potential, enjoy greater autonomy, and progress into senior sales leadership as they consistently deliver results.

The Role:
  • Manage an established territory, developing long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities in the air distribution market.
  • Drive revenue growth through a consultative sales approach, managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to project completion.
  • Enjoy the autonomy to manage your own schedule in a hybrid, customer-facing role with excellent long-term progression.
The Candidate:
  • Experience selling technical or engineered products.
  • Background in HVAC, mechanical building services, construction products, MEP or similar technical industries.
  • Ambitious, commercially driven and motivated by building relationships, winning business and maximising earning potential.
