* Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly
* Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect
* Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
* Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
* Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
