Associate Sales Representative, Advanced Surgery; Baltimore, MD Territory

As an Associate Sales Representative in the Advanced Surgery division, you will represent Baxter’s surgical products—hemostats, sealing, and tissue products—and build lasting relationships with surgeons, nurses, and operating-room teams.

Greater Baltimore, MD. Field‑based territory with occasional overnight stays; >50% travel anticipated.

• Become knowledgeable about all surgical products, specialties, and devices in our portfolio
• Cover cases with existing surgeons, reporting outcomes, opportunities, and changes to RM, TBM, and KAM
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, and conduct in‑service education for regulators and staff
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships
• Ensure on‑label use of products through presence in the surgical suite and ongoing training
• Apply industry and competitive knowledge strategically to achieve business goals
• Collaborate with RM, TBM, and KAM to develop and execute plans to reach financial targets and quotas

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales or operating‑room experience OR 4+ years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel >50% of the time, within a multi‑state territory
• Confirmation of residence in the assigned geography or willingness to relocate; familiarity with the territory is preferred

Base salary range: $66,400 – $91,000 annually. Potential incentive compensation available for achieving or exceeding goals.
