• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint throughout the Atlantic District.
• Mentor and guide a cohort of sales associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success.
• Cultivate and maintain long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders and local business leaders.
• Monitor performance metrics and refine tactics to ensure we reach our regional goals.
• Represent our company at community functions and regional industry events.
• Identify market trends that allow us to better support our clients with innovative coverage options.

• Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.
• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or high-level account management.
• Deep understanding of the local Maryland market and carrier relations.
• Strong track record of mentoring or leading small sales initiatives.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
