• Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Google Workspace, MS Office Suite).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technical environments (preferred).
• Experience with visualization/dashboards, content automation tools, or AI-assisted content creation (preferred).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
