We are on a mission to build the first nationwide home remodeling brand. This requires a high level of imagination, commitment, and determination from people who take extreme ownership of their circumstances.

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule.
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one‑call close sales process.
• No cold-calling or lead generation – all leads are warm and pre‑set. We want you to do what you do best – selling!

• Uncapped commission.
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+.
• Signing bonus of $2,500, payable after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligibility requirements and terms apply. Eligible for candidates who apply starting 6/25/2025 through 7/25/2025.
