Must be a US Citizen, must live close to Baltimore City as this is an in-office Mon-Fri role.

This is a great opportunity for a driven salesperson who enjoys building relationships, educating property owners and turning conversations into long-term clients.
Must have a high motor, strong work ethic and ability to make 50 calls per day to potential customers.

• $95,000-$110,000+ first-year earning potential with uncapped commission
• Realistic potential to earn $250,000-$300,000 annually by year two
• Large Maryland territory with significant growth potential
• Combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting and industry networking
• High level of autonomy in a results-driven environment
• Enrollment in a 12-month professional sales training program designed to develop future sales leaders - 100% paid for by the company

• Isn’t afraid of the phone, this is a high-volume role averaging 50 calls per day, primarily to existing leads. Must be be comfortable with this required volume of calls
• Is comfortable meeting clients in person, touring properties and finalizing deals
• Has a high motor and thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
• Is highly self-directed and capable of managing a dynamic sales pipeline
• Is comfortable selling services directly to consumers in a B2C environment
• In-office Mon-Friday, unless you have scheduled in-field meetings
