• Rebuild the Territory
  :
  Own a newly acquired branch with an established customer base but minimal recent growth, driving new equipment and service sales across a wide range of industrial and manufacturing accounts.
• Sell Equipment and Solutions
  :
  Manage a broad deal range from transactional equipment sales through large custom automation and turnkey project opportunities, leveraging in-house engineering capabilities as a key differentiator.
• Grow Service Revenue: Identify and close new service agreement customers alongside equipment sales, building long-term recurring relationships.

Requirements:

• 3+ years Sales or relevant operations/service experience within industrial equipment, material handling, automation, or a closely adjacent field; candidates from technical/service backgrounds are strongly welcomed.
• Comfort managing a broad range of deal sizes, from smaller transactional sales to large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Self-starter with strong relationship-building instincts and the flexibility to manage an autonomous, field-based schedule.

Field-based role covering the Baltimore, MD to Mountville, PA corridor, with regular in-branch and in-field presence.
